With the London, Paris and New York fashion weeks in full swing we can almost smell summer calling us to update our wardrobes. The Spring/Summer 2012 designer collective has just hit the United Designers Concept Store and we are super excited.

As is always the case at this time of year colours have gone bright, bold, and beautiful with yellow majorly trending on the catwalks. With a spattering of pretty nudes and beiges summer looks set to showcase colours that will offset our tans beautifully.

We take a look at the Pantone fashion colour report for Spring/Summer 2012.

Tangerine Tango - Majorly featured in the United Designers Concept Store this summer, anything this colour is bang on trend.

Solar Power - Yellow was everywhere on the catwalks and we have some exquisite yellow maxi dresses in our S/S 2012 designer collective.

BellFlower - Clash with other summer brights for colour blocking mania.

Cabaret - Every blogger on the planet is rocking hot pink accessories.

Sodallite Blue - We saw glimpses of midnight blue in F/W 2012 and now it is back with a vengeance.

Margarita - If you’re not wearing bold bright colours this season make sure you are in pastels and this pale mint green looks amazing for late summer evenings on the beach.

Sweet Lilac - Denim is doing big things with this colour.

Driftwood – This dusky dark shade is perfect for pairing with causal tones on lazy weekends.

Cockatoo - Like its name this colour is just the ticket for tropical holidays.

Starfish - Neutral toned accessories in beige and nude are right on the moment to match the vibrant coloured looks.
